Delivery Charges for Smartphones, iPads, Tabs & MacBooks:
Shop Pickup (from any Rahimer Dokan outlet) – Free
Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) – BDT 100
Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) – BDT 200
Express Same-Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka) – BDT 300

Delivery Charges for Smart Gadgets & Accessories:
Shop Pickup (from any Rahimer Dokan outlet) – Free
Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) – BDT 70
Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) – BDT 120
Express Same-Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka) – BDT 200

Cash on Delivery (Outside Dhaka):
For deliveries outside Dhaka under Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional 1% courier condition charge will apply to the total order amount.

Special Notes:
For items weighing over 1kg (for example, certain tablets or MacBooks), the delivery charge may increase as per the delivery company’s policy.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Advance Payment for Cash on Delivery Orders:
Product Price between BDT 501 – BDT 5,000: Advance BDT 500
Product Price between BDT 5,001 – BDT 50,000: Advance BDT 1,000
Product Price above BDT 50,000: Advance BDT 2,000

Delivery Timeline:
Regular Delivery (Inside/Outside Dhaka): Within 24 to 96 hours of placing the order.
Express Delivery (Inside Dhaka): Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered within the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.
Shop Pickup: Products can be collected from our outlet on the same day if available. For other outlets, pickup may take 24 to 48 hours depending on stock availability. In case of bad weather, natural calamities, or unavoidable circumstances, delivery time may extend without prior notice.
